Adding products to an order can be done in three different ways with the product reference.
From the web
Monstock Cloud allows you to add products in 3 different ways :
When you click on "Import", a new window opens, so you can list the bar codes of the products you want to add on your order, and import your product list for Excel by making a copy/paste.
When you click on "select", a new window opens. In this window, you can directly select your products in the list of products available on the location, and you can filter the list with categories :
When you click on "Add", a new line appears on the order and it allows you to enter the code or the name of the product that you want to add :
From the mobile app
From the app, you must start by adding all the informations relating to the order, and then click on "+" :
You will have two choices :
- Manual addition,
- Adding using barcode.
To add manually a product, click on "+" :
Then you can search the product by tapping its name in the search bar :
Once the product is selected, confirm the quantity you want to add :
A summary is then displayed, validate to add the product :
To add a product using its barcode, click on "Scan barcode". Your camera will open and you will be able to scan the barcode of the product :
Once the product has been added, you can find it on the order screen :
