The dashboard offer you an overview on your stock and logistics operations status.

When you log on Monstock, the dashboard is displayed :

This page contains several elements:

• The top bar which allows you to perform quick searches and access your settings,

• The left sidebar menu which lets you navigate through the different Monstock categories,

• The dashboard which gives you an overview of your stock status.

Monstock's dashboard gives you an overview of your stock status, as well as your supplier and customer orders :

Supplier Orders :

• Number of supplier orders to validate
• Number of supplier orders to receive
• Number of supplier orders in partial receipt
• Total number of your suppliers

Customer Orders :

• Number of customer orders to validate

• Number of customer orders to prepare

• Number of customer orders in partial preparation

• Total number of your customers

Stock Information :

• Number of products in stock

• Stock value

• Stock age

• Stock turnover

• Number of sites and locations

• Number of inventories

• Number of products to restock

• Number of negative stock entries

• Number of out-of-stock products

• Graphs showing the evolution of stock, purchases, sales, and gross margin

• Automatic alerts (coming soon)

You can also choose to display data for a specific site by selecting it from the top bar. The dashboard will then show only the data related to that site.
For example, here we are displaying data for our Shop Chicago only:

• Search bar - Site selector

This bar is displayed at the top of your screen on every page in Monstock. It includes several elements:

• Your company logo, which you can customize.

Note : You can return to Monstock’s home page at any time by clicking on your logo.

• The quick search bar, which you can use by typing a product name, order reference, etc. The search will be performed across all categories in Monstock to help you quickly and easily find what you're looking for.
  You can also choose to filter the search by selecting a specific category.

• The site selector, which allows you at any time to display only the information related to a specific site, across all categories available in Monstock.

• The notification center informs you about task-related updates, automatic alerts (if enabled), and the latest Monstock news.

• The scanner shortcut activates your scanner or device camera, allowing you to scan the barcode of a product, order, batch, etc., and instantly display the related information.

• The shortcut to your personal panel gives you access to your personal settings. From this panel, you can update your personal information, choose your default language, change your profile picture, or update your password.

The Administration button gives you access to the administration menu.

• Left side navigation pane

The left side navigation pane is always displayed on Monstock, it contains tabs for all categories. Some tabs can unwound to reveal other features.

• Right side navigation pane

The right side navigation pane group all categories about administration. To open the navigation pane, you must first click on the button at the top right of the page :
