The integration sets up a two-way synchronization of products, equipment, orders, customers and categories which works as follows :

Product catalog :
The synchronization of products and equipment is bi-directional between Prestashop and Monstock. A product created in Monstock will be automatically added to Prestashop with all its information (price, stock level, dimensions, etc.) and vice versa. This saves you time and prevents errors in the information on product and equipment sheets.
Also in the event of updating a product sheet from Monstock or Prestashop, synchronization will update the two platforms instantly to have identical information in both solutions.

Customer orders :
When a sales order is placed from your online store, it is immediately sent to Monstock thanks to the connection between the two solutions. The status of the order is thus updated in real time. An order validated from Prestashop will therefore result in a "validated" order to be prepared in Monstock. Once its preparation has been validated in Monstock, the information is then fed back to Prestashop to allow you to notify your customers of the status of their order in real time.
As soon as an order is received in Monstock, the inevntory is impacted and as soon as the preparation is carried out, the status of the inventory is updated in Monstock and in real time in the e-commerce solution.

Customers :
When a new customer is created in your online store, the bi-directional synchronization allows you to get your customer's file with all their data (contact details, etc.) in both solutions, with an update in real time.

Categories :
The product categories created in Monstock are automatically synchronized with Prestashop : you do not need to sort your product catalog again from Monstock or Prestashop once the categories have been created in one of the two solutions.
