Whis the datavisualization offer, Monstock use Business Intelligence tools to allow you to access advanced reports, allowing you yo get the best indicators for your company.
This feature is only available with the "Datavisualization" subscription. Contact Monstock teams for more information : firstname.lastname@example.org.
This subscription includes 14 native dashboards and give you 2 rights levels for you and your collaborators :
- Consultation license : this license allow your collaborators to consult all your dashboards in order to have access to the data necessary to manage their tasks,
- "Advanced" license : this license allow you to design new dashboard and edit those already existing.
We can also create your customize dashboards, we will create customized dashboards with the specific needs of your company. For more information, contact us.
Note : The dashboards are updated every hour, using the data you have in Monstock.
To acces to advanced reports, open the "Reporting" menu in the left side navigation pane, then click on "Advanced reporting" :
The list of all your dashboards is displayed :
In this list, you can see the reports you already created, but also the native dashboards. For every report, you have the possibility to select your language, and filter by branch / location to refine your analysis. You can also slect a line or a particular data in a chart to only analyze this element in the report.
Stocks global company :
This report is linked to the stock of the company. It is intented for use by Supply Chain Managers, Financials or General Managers.
This report allows you to analyze all the data related to the stocks, among the following : stock quantity, stock value, overstock, stock turnover rate, age of the stock, service rate, etc.
Stocks per branch :
This report brings you an approach focused on the operational side of your locations. It is intented for use by Warehouse or store managers.
It allows you to analyze the number of preparations made, the number of transfers, sales order, suppliers, click & collect, reservations, rents, locations used or not, etc.
Purchase order :
With this report, you can analyze all criteria linked to your purchase orders like the order status, number of ligitation, distribution of your orders according to their status (completed, in progress), the OTIF service level (depending on the estimated and real delivery time of your suppliers), etc.
Ventes client :
This report allows you to analyze the indicators linked to your sales orders like the average delivery time, litigation rate, OTIF service level, distribution of your orders according to their status (completed, in progress), etc.
Control tower / flows :
With this report, you get a complete visibility on all the flows that take place between your suppliers and branches, but also from your branches to your customer.
You will be able to see the number of orders in transit between your warhouses, urban hubs, vehicles and delivery to your customers.
Thanks to this report, you can analyze the principal financial criteria of your company, among the following : working capital requirement, average purchase price, sales order value, purchase order, historical turnover, list of the most profitable products, etc.
With this report, you can analyze all informations linked to your suppliers : number of active suppliers, total number of suppliers, number of completed or in progress orders, supplier with the highest number of orders, etc.
Unlike the other reports, this report can be filtered depending the types of workorder, and not depending a particular branch. You can get informations on your workorders in progress, late, to plan, not assigned or complete. You can also know the average time spent on each workorder.
This report allows you to follow and pilot you production activities. You can analyze multiple criteria like produced quantities, fabrication costs, most sold products, etc.
With this report, you get analyze criteria on your customers like the number of customers, the number of active customers, sales order in progress or complete, the number of litgation with your customers, service rate, etc.
This report allow you to get analyze criteria on your equipments like the number of equipments, the number of equipment in stock according to their status, the average price of sales, the list of equipments to control, the average price of purchase, etc.
Stock valorisation :
With this report, you get stock valorisation reports of the existing methods :
- Average purchase price,
- Last purchase price,
- Default sales price.
Order management system (OMS) :
This report brings you an overview on all criteria related to you sales order : the status of your supplier orders, distribution or your orders by delivery canal (click & collect, drive, shared drive), distribution of your orders by status, service rate, order taking rate, etc.
Data quality :
With this report, you master the data quality of your company, and get the necessary informations to improve this quality.
You get the list of products, equipments, branches, suppliers, customers or orders for which it is missing one essential data for the optimal functioning of Monstock.
