Simplify the maintenance management of your equipments thanks to the CMMS function of Monstock, by adding the control dates of your equipments.

• From the web

To set an control date for a product, click on "Equipment" and then on " Equipment control " in the left-hand navigation pane :

Note : You can add a control date when you create your equipment (see Create and manage your equipments).

Select the equipment you want to set a control date :

Save :

To obtain a list of the control dates for all your equipment, you can access a list of all your equipment and their control dates by clicking on "Equipment" and then on "Equipments control" :

You can find your equipment with its date of control :

This list lets you check the equipment you need to inspect. You can sort the list in ascending or descending order.

• From the mobile app

To set an control date for an equipment from the mobile application, access your list of equipment by clicking on "Equipment" from the home screen. Select the equipment for which you wish to set an control date. :

Once the equipment file is displayed, click on the "edit" button, on the "date" line. A new window will open in which you can enter the control date for your equipment :

Once validated, the control date is displayed on the equipment file :
