Monstock allows you to manage your queries / work orders and interventions to simplify the transmission of information to drivers or field agents. The intervention vouchers are completed and updated in real time, and are accessible from anywhere.
Note : One type of request can be used for several requests.

Create a query / work order / intervention type
Prior to the creation of a query, the creation of a query type is done from the master data panel. To access it, open the administration tab by clicking on the following button :
Then click on "Master data" :
Once on the master data, select "Query type":
To create a new type of query, click on the “Create” button :
In the new window that is displayed, in the "Description" tab, you have the option of filling in the following fields :
- Name*,
- Reference,
- Color*,
- Code (barcode, QR code, datamatrix, NFC, RFID),
- Duration (in minutes),
- PDCA step,
- Attach a document,
- Required Skills.

Once all the fields have been filled in, click on "Record" :
Once your query type is published, a new tab is available, “Attributes”. In this tab, you have the possibility to add as many custom attributes as you want, to customize the type of requests to your organization.
To add a new attribute, click on "Add attribute":
A new window opens:
For each new attribute, you will need to enter:
- The model,
- The wording,
- The type of attribute (you can choose from a complete list such as date / time, signature, photo, yes / no, text, equipment consumed, etc.),
- Select if the field is mandatory,
- Select whether the field should be read-only.
Once all your attributes have been created, you can find them in the form of a list in the "Attributes" tab:
To finalize the creation of your type of request, click on "Publish":
CAUTION : You will no longer be able to add attributes once the type of query has been published.
Once published, you can find your type of request in your list:

Export the type list :
You have the possibility to export the list of your query types. To do this, from your list, click on "Export" :
Then select the export format, and the file will be downloaded to your device.

Print the type list :
You can also print the list of your query types, by clicking on print, from your list :
