Monstock allows you to manage your queries / work orders and interventions to simplify the transmission of information to drivers or field agents. The intervention vouchers are completed and updated in real time, and are accessible from anywhere.

Create a new query / work order / intervention
To create a new query, the associated query type must be created first (see our tutorial on managing query types).
Once the type of request has been created, go to the left side menu, click on "Requests":
Then, click on "New query" :
A new window opens, select the type of request, the fields are then automatically updated with the estimated duration indicated in the type of request as well as the fields "Assigned to" and "Act by". Complete the fields with the information related to your request, then validate:
On the form of your request, two tabs are at your disposal: the "Description" tab which allows you to add general information on your request such as the percentage of progress, tags, categories and information on the date and the time at which the request is made, etc. :
And the "Attributes" tab in which you can fill in the various custom attributes added when creating the type of query:
As you complete the query, you can come back to this form to update it, remember to save each modification you make:

Close a query / work order / intervention
Once your request is complete, here's how to close it from Monstock.
Go to the form of your request, update the latest information concerning it, save the modifications.
To close the request, click on “Validate” at the bottom of your request form, then validate your action in the window that opens.
You will now find your request in the list of completed requests:
You can come back to your request to view its information, export it or even print it using the export and print buttons at the top right of the screen:

Create a new query / work order / intervention
To create a query from the Android application, start by clicking on "Requests" :
The requests management screen is then displayed :
To create a new request, click on "+ Workorder" :
From the new screen that appears, you will have to select the type of work order you want to create (to learn more about the types of queries, see our tutorial) :
A new screen is displayed, allowing you to enter all the information relating to your request :
You can therefore enter :
- Start date / end date,
- The priority of this request,
- The person to whom you assign the request,
- The client / project to which the request relates,
- The name of the request,
- The description,
- The estimated duration of the request.
Once all the information has been entered, click on save at the top right of the screen :
Once your query is saved, it now appears in the work orders calendar :
On the form of your request, two tabs are available to you : the "Report" tab which allows you to add general information on your request, as well as the "Description" tab, which allows you to fill in the custom items added when creating the request type :
As you complete the query, you can come back to this form to update it, remember to click on "Save" for each modification you make :
Note : To close or delete your requests, you will have to perform the action from the web version of Monstock.
