Set up automatic alerts
The configuration page of automatic alerts is located in the administration tab, accessible by clicking on this button :
Then you can click on "Automatic alerts" :
The list of all the automatic alerts is displayed :
To configure your automatic alerts :

,
- To edit an alert, click on the following button :
,
- To enable/disable an alert, click on the following button :
.
You will then be able to choose the user(s) who will receive the email notification (be sure to enter the email addresses of your users), as well as choose the branch(s) concerned by the alert and customize its wording (email subject). In this example, Etienne receives an email each time a product reaches its restocking threshold on the Entrepôt Reims site.
You can also customize the content of the email, if you only modify the first line (the table being the basis for retrieving the information to be sent in the email):
From the alert modification pop-up, remember to activate it, by clicking on the red check mark, then to save so that the alert is activated:
If the alert you want to activate does not appear in the list, you can create it.
You can then select the type of alert to create (from the list at the beginning of this tutorial):
Thus, you can create an alert of a type that was not yet in your list or create alerts of the same type for different users and sites. This allows you to assign alerts by site to users.
