Generate and export the delivery order and the invoice of your order at PDF format.

• From the web

To generate an invoice from the web, click on "Sales" and then on " Quote / Orders" on the left side navigation pane :

Once the list of orders is displayed on the screen, select the order for which you want to generate the invoice or the delivery order. The page of the order is displayed on the screen. Go at the end of the page and click on "Export PDF" :

You can choose to export the invoice, the delivery order or the Customer order on your device at PDF format, or send it by email :

• From the mobile app

To generate an invoice or a delivery order from the mobile app, click on "Sales" and then on "List quotes/orders" from the home screen :

Once the list of orders is displayed on the screen, select the order for which you wish to generate the invoice or delivery order. The order page appears on the screen. Click on the three dots at the top of the page to display the PDF options. You can choose to export the invoice or delivery order to your device in PDF format, or to send it by e-mail :
