Prepare your orders with Monstock : picking with the list of products to pick, export and/or send the preparation order at PDF format.

• From the web

To start preparing your order, you need to access its file. To do it, you can directly use your scanner to scan the barcode of the order if you have one. If you can't scan the barcode, you need to search manually the order, by using the search bar at the top of your screen, or you can access the list of your orders by clicking on "Sales" and then on "Quotes / Orders" in the left side navigation pane :

You obtain the list of quotes and orders. You can use the search tools to find your order or you can navigate in the page to find it. To open the file of your order, click on it :

Once you are in your order file, go at the end of the page and click on "Preparation" to start the process on Monstock :

A new window opens. All the products to be prepared for this order are displayed :

You can export this list by clicking on "Export" :

When you click on this button, you can choose the format of export, here is the list of our order in PDF format. You get the location of the product, and his status :

To prepare your products, you can directly use your scanner to read the barcode of each product and adjust the quantity prepared. If your product is stored in several locations, you can choose the location and lot where you pick it up, and change the status of the product in the order.

Once you have prepared all the products, you can export the preparation order before validating it. Click on the "Export PDF" button :

You can choose to export and download the preparation order on your machine, or you can send it by email :

Once you have finished preparing your order, you can validate it. The status of your order will change to "Finalized".

If your preparation is not complete, the status will be "Partially prepared" when you validate the order. You will be able to return later to it to finalize it.

• From the mobile app

To generate a preparation app from the mobile app, click on "Preparation" from the home menu to display the list of orders to prepare. Select your order.  :

Once you have finished preparing your order, click on the three points at the top of the screen to export the preparation order on PDF format. Choose between download the file on your device, or send it by email :
