Create omnicanal customer orders on all your locations : add product using their barcode and export the sales order at PDF format.

• From the web

To create a new customer order from the web, click on "Sales" on the left side navigation pane, and then on " + " next to " Quot / Orders " :

Select the site and the customer concerned by the order :

Specify that this is an order and not a quotation :

Then you can add products to your order (to know more about adding products, refer to our tutorial) :

Once you have finished creating your order, you can save it as a draft and come back to it later to modify it. You can also export the purchase order or invoice. If you wish to confirm your order, click on "Order" :

• From the mobile app 

To create a new customer order from your mobile app, click on "Sales" from the home screen, and then on "Create quote/order" :

You can then enter the information about the order (site, customer, etc.) :
