• Add an existing barcode

To add a barcode to a product if it already exists, click on the "scan" button, on the "code" line :

Then you can use your scanner to enter the barcode in Monstock, or you can also manually enter the code on the "code" box :

If you want to create a barcode for a product, you just have to manually enter the code in the "code" box :

Then, you can choose the type of code you want to create (barcode, QR code, etc.) :

Finally, you get your code on the right type, for example as a QR code :

• Add products to a list using their barcode

To add products to a quote, a customer order or a supplier order, start by creating the file of your list.

Once you are in the product list, click on "Add" to create a new entry. Then scan the barcode of your product, and adjust the quantity you want to add.

Repeat the process for every product you want to add.

• From the mobile app

Barcode management is easier with the mobile application, you can directly use your device camera to scan the barcodes.
