Deliver a Drive order (Android app only)

The Monstock application allows you to equip your in-store employees for the delivery of Drive purchases by ensuring its traceability (signature, name of the delivery person, site, etc.)

Note: this feature is only available on the Android version of the application.

To hand in your Drive order, go to your order form (find it quickly by scanning its barcode or by using the search bar and its reference).
Find all the products in your order on your file.

Go to the “Transaction” tab, then select the “Click and Collect” line : 

A new window opens :

Using this new window, you have the possibility to add a comment to concerning the delivery to the customer. In order to obtain a signature space for the customer, simply click on the "Signature" button. A new window with a space reserved for your client's signature will open :

Click on "Validate" to complete the Drive delivery.
