Set up the reorder point/replenishment thresholds of your products, to perform automatic replenishment.

• Configure mass replenishment thresholds

Thanks to our import file "Min / max in stock by product and equipment" (which you can find in the menu Administration, Import / Export), you can import in mass the replenishment thresholds of your products. To do this, you will need to fill in the product code or reference columns (one of the two is sufficient), the site and the min and max quantities of this product for this site. You can then import the file to load this information on Monstock. 

• Configure the replenishment threshold of a product :

Note: The maximum quantity field must be filled in if the minimum quantity field is filled, and vice versa.

You can configure the replenishment threshold of a product from the product file. Click on "Products" and then on "Products list" in the left side navigation pane :

Once the products list is displayed, choose the product for which you want to configure the replenishment threshold and click on the following button : 

The product file is now displayed on your screen. To access the replenishment threshold, click on the "Location" tab :

Then you can enter the maximum and minimum quantities for the product in each location :

• Display the replenishment thresholds by branch :

Click on "Stocks" and then on "Min/Max" in the left side navigation pane :

Select the branch whose replenishment threshold you want to display :

Once the branch is selected, all the products with a minimal and maximal quantity are displayed. If you want to have all the products on the list, click on "Products and equipments with Min/Max" to disable the filter :

Note : You can export this list by clicking on "Export". You can also create edit or create a min/max by clicking on "Create" :

If you want to create a new replenishment threshold, you can search your product using its label, code or SKU (product reference) :

• Configure an alert for replenishment threshold :

You can configure alerts for replenishment thresholds in order to receive a notification when a product quantity is under the quantity you configured : see Automatic alerts management.

• From the mobile app

You can configure the replenishment threshold of a product from the product file. Click on "Products" in the home screen :

Once the products list is displayed, choose the product for which you want to configure the replenishment threshold and click on it :

The product file is now displayed on your screen. To access the replenishment threshold, click on the "Location" tab, then you can enter the maximum and minimum quantities for the product in each location :

• Display the replenishment thresholds by branch :

Click on "Stocks" and then on "Min/Max" in the home screen :

Select the branch whose replenishment threshold you want to display. Once the branch is selected, all the products with a minimal and maximal quantity are displayed. From this page, you can adjust the min and max quantity using the "+" and "-" buttons :
