Manage product statuses in stock activities

Monstock allows you to assign statuses to your products, lots and locations. These statuses can be locked or not, in order to allow you to correctly manage your stocks according to the needs of your business.

To assign statuses to elements in Monstock, you must first have created your statuses in the reference data.

• Manage statuses when receiving a supplier order
• Manage statuses in preparation of sales orders
• Manage statuses during moves / transfers

• Manage statuses when receiving a supplier order

When a supplier order is received, you have the option of assigning a status to the products received.

To do this, from the reception screen, you can select the status of the products received. You have the possibility of assigning several statuses to the same product according to the distribution of the order on your different locations:

The product quantities will therefore update on the selected locations with the assigned statuses.

• Manage statuses in preparation of sales orders

When preparing a sales order, you have the option of choosing the statuses of the products prepared according to the location from which you take the products.

To do this, from the preparation screen, you can select the status of the products received. You have the possibility of assigning several statuses to the same product according to the distribution of the order on your different locations:

The quantities of the products will therefore be updated on the selected locations with the products taken out of your stocks.

• Manage statuses during moves / transfers

When preparing a sales order, you have the option of choosing the statuses of the products prepared according to the location from which you take the products.

To do this, from the move or transfer screen, you can select the status of the products received. You can assign multiple statuses by dividing the total quantity to move / transfer and choosing a different status or contact / project:

The quantities of the products will therefore be updated on the sites / locations selected with the products taken out of your stocks.
