Create your inventories with Monstock : rolling or annual, manage your inventories in a simplified way with barcode management.

• From the web

To create a new inventory, click on "Stocks" and then on "Inventory" in the left side pane :

To create the new inventory, click on "Create" at the top right of the page :

Enter general informations about your inventory. You can select if you want to perform a full inventory or if you want to inventory only some locations. Only the name of the inventory and the branch are required informations :

Note : You can configure your inventories from your general settings. You can choose to perform your inventory "blindly", so your collaborators will not have access to the expected quantity of products, so you can ensure reliability of your inventories.

• From the mobile app

Click on "Inventories" on the home screen of the app to display the list of inventories, and then click on the "+" button at the top right of your screen :

Enter general informations about your inventory. You can select if you want to perform a full inventory or if you want to inventory only some locations. Only the name of the inventory and the branch are required informations. Click on "Create" to validate your entries :
