Perform your inventories thanks to barcode or RFID reading with an equipment or thanks to your smartphone with Monstock.

Once you have created your inventory, go on your inventory list by clicking on "Stocks" and then on "Inventory" in the left side navigation pane :

The list of all your inventories is displayed. Go on the line of your inventory :

To enter products to your inventory, click on the following button :

Go on the "Inventory" tab, this is where you inventory the products with barcode scanner or RFID scanner :

If you d'ont have mobile equipment to perform your inventory, you can export the list of products to inventorize. To do that, click on "Export product to inventorize" on the page of your inventory. Then you can choose the format of the document you export :

You can then use this list to perform your inventory, and add the list of products you inventoried later on Monstock.

• From the mobile app

In the mobile app, inventory entry is simplified by the presence of the camera of your mobile device,  which allows you to scan the barcodes of your products instead of enter everything manually.

To enter your inventory, click on "Inventories" on the home screen to display your inventory list :

Click on your inventory and then click on the following button to edit your inventory : 

The list of the locations to inventoried is displayed. Click on a location or scan its barcode to start the inventory of the location. To add a new entry, you have to scan the barcode or RFID chip of the product you want to inventorize :

Once the barcode of the product is scanned, its information is displayed on the screen, adjust the quantity you want to add to the inventory and validate :

When you have started to inventorize a location, it is displayed in green :

Once your inventory is complete, save by clicking on the button at the top right of your screen :
