Perform the automatic replenishment to avoid stockouts.

Monstock allows you to simplify your inventory management helping you to never be out of stock. By configuring the replenishment thresholds for each product, you will be able to perform automatic replenishment for your products.

Note : You first need to configure the replenishment thresholds to perform an automatic replenishment.

• From a supplier order

To perform a replenishment from a supplier order, start by create a new supplier order.

Select your location and your supplier, then add the other inormations related to your order :

At the end of the page, click on "Order proposal" :

The products that require a replenishment are added to the order, with quantities calculated automatically using the minimum and maximum quantities previously entered in the files of the products : 

To validate your replenishment, validate the order.

• From the report of products to order

To perform your replenishment, you need to go on the report of products to order. To do that, click on "Reporting" in the left side navigation pane, and then select "Products to order" :

You get the list of your products, with the replenishment thresholds (minimum and maximum quantities) you configured for each storage location. This list includes the products ordered from your suppliers and the reserved products for your customers. To perform the replenishment, click on "Replenishment" :

A new window opens, all the products under the threshold of replenishment are displayed. You can see the location and the supplier concerned, and the required quantity to order :

You can adjust the quantity to order, and choose to create a new order for the product, or add it in an existing order :

Click on "Validate" to create the purchase order.

• From a customer order

You can also perform the replenishment from a customer order.

If one of the products contained in an order is under its replenishment threshold or out of stock, the ordered quantity will be framed in red :

By hovering over the box, you will know the quantity in stock, the quantity ordered in all your customer orders not already prepared, and the remaining quantity at your disposal :

To perform the automatic replenishment, click on "Replenishment" at the end of the page :

A new window opens, allowing you to perform the replenishment of the product in the location. Monstock will calculate the quantity to order to reach the maximum quantity you configured. You can adjust this quantity according to your needs. Finally, you can choose to create a new purchase order or add it to an existing purchase order.

To complete the replenishment, click on "Validate".
