On a supplier order:
When you create a supplier order, it is possible to add the logistics unit that has been configured on a product to the list of products. If it has been named the same as the product to which it is attached, you can find it by typing its name or by selecting it from the list of products.
In our screenshot, the first row is the product, the second is its logistics unit by 6.
Here we order 1 logistics unit, the quantity of which is set to 6 pieces.
In our example, we order 1 logistics unit of 6, the stock of the product is incremented by 6 pieces. This information can be found in the Traceability: Full stock activity report, as well as in the product activities.

On a purchase order:
- Add the logistics unit to the list of products in the order
- Validate the order
- Prepare the order: for a quantity of 1 logistics unit of 6 pieces ordered, we will prepare 1 package
- Once the preparation is validated, the stock of the product on which the logistics unit is set will be decremented by the quantity of logistics units prepared multiplied by the packaging thereof. For a logistics unit of 6 prepared parts, the product stock will be decremented by 6.

On mobile:
It is also possible to place supplier orders or purchase orders on a logistics unit from the Monstock application.
For this, you must create an order (purchase or supplier) and add the logistics unit when adding products. You can then enter the quantity of logistics unit to order, which is then displayed in the list of ordered products . You can then validate the order.
The preparation or receipt of the order takes place in the same way as for orders placed on products. For example for a logistics unit configured with 6 pieces, you can prepare or receive 1 logistics unit, the stock of the product to which it is attached will be incremented (for a supplier order) or decremented (for a purchase order) by 6 pieces.
